Lead Housekeeper :

Pay: $25.00 hourly

Full Time, Permanent 

The Yacht Club at Sister Bay, a year round condo rental resort in the heart of downtown Sister Bay Door County WI, is hiring a permanent, full-time Lead Housekeeper. There is potential for growth in the position provided the selectee demonstrates strong skills and leadership abilities. Weekday and weekend work hours as needed 8am-4pm. Overtime and holiday pay available. Start date is as soon as possible.

Front Desk Associate:

Permanent, Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 an Hour

We are seeking 1-2 dependable and personable Front Desk Associates to join our rental program team in the heart of Sister Bay. This is a permanent part-time position with seasonally varying hours (approximately 10–30 per week). Must have weekend and evening availability. Greet and welcome guests and owners, managing the check-in/check-out process. Use Lodgical (and other front desk software as required) to make reservations, collect payments, and process arrivals/departures. Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Starting in May of 2026
