Mooring Units

The Mooring Units are located on the parking lot side of the waterfront buildings with corner water views from the patios or balconies. Elevators are available to reach upper-floor units.

• 1 bedroom King (except 434A which has a second small bedroom with a twin daybed)

• 1 & 1/2 bathrooms (except 434A which has only 1 bathroom)

• Private deck or patio

• Gas or Electric Fireplace (call if you have a preference)

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Washer/ Dryer

Mooring Deluxe Unit

This unit has a full water view and a bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom and living room. An elevator is available to reach this unit.
